Former El Paso Herald-Post and El Paso Times reporter and columnist Joe Olvera has fall on some difficult times.Several people got together to explore ways to help Joe, including trying to help him with an application for disability, food stamps, affordable housing, and transportation. Ruben Ramirez suggests a photo print auction. Current and former El Paso Herald-Post and Times news photographers are encouraged to submit prints. He is at home recovering from the amputation of his second foot.
